This Retreat Is for You If...

You have an important project, idea, decision or goal that keeps getting pushed aside by client work, family responsibilities, meetings and everyday demands.

You know what you want to move forward, but you have not had the protected time, structure or support to give it your full attention.

You may be:

  • Tired of overthinking an important decision
  • Struggling to make progress on a project you care about
  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from your goals
  • Ready to step away from your usual routine and focus
  • Looking for practical support and honest feedback
  • Ready to invest in moving your next step forward

You do not need more surface-level encouragement. You need focused time, a clear plan, accountability and the right environment to get meaningful work done.

Focused Work With Room to Reset

This is a working retreat, but it is not four straight days of sitting behind a laptop.

You will have dedicated time to work on the project, goal or decision you came to move forward. You will also have space to pause, move your body, connect with other women, enjoy thoughtful meals and experience Mexico City.

The structure and support to make real progress

The rest and space you need to think clearly

You will leave with more than inspiration. You will leave knowing what you completed, what changed and what comes next.

You Will Arrive Ready to Work

Before the retreat, you will complete a guided preparation process to help you identify the project, goal or decision you want to focus on.

By the time you arrive in Mexico City, you will already have clarity about what you are there to move forward.

This allows you to spend less time figuring out where to begin and more time making meaningful progress.

Your Retreat Experience

Before

Prepare and Get Clear

Complete guided pre-retreat preparation to identify your focus, clarify your desired outcome and arrive with a clear direction.

Day 1

Arrive and Reconnect

Arrive in Mexico City, settle into the hotel, meet the group and reconnect with the goal you came to move forward. You will set your intention for the retreat, review your plan and prepare for the focused work ahead.

Day 2

Focus and Build

Begin the day with an optional movement or wellness activity, then move into dedicated work sessions. You will work through your priorities, identify what has been slowing you down and receive practical support where needed.

Day 3

Execute and Complete

Continue working on the most important parts of your project, plan or decision. You will have time to take action, receive feedback, make adjustments and complete as much meaningful work as possible.

Day 4

Restore and Celebrate

"I feel like there's a lot of momentum. I'm ready to go back home and start implementing what I worked on. I really needed that heads-down time to focus on building my brand, and this space gave me that. I'm walking away with clarity, new connections and a clear next step."

"Day two of the retreat and I'm feeling super inspired. Yesterday was about intentional ground setting and rooted work, and today is about action. My goal is to finish building out my website, pricing structure and the systems behind the scenes that will help set me up for future clients."

"My primary goal for this retreat was to execute on everything I've been learning about AI. I came in needing a system, and I'm walking away with my own CRM, a way to track revenue and pipeline and 10 agents in my own sales department. Being in community gave me the space, resources, ideas and accountability to actually lock in."

"I'm here in Mexico City at the Get Shit Done Retreat, working alongside other great minds. We're being collaborative, planning and moving the work forward. I have a podcast, I just launched an educator coloring book, and there are so many things I need to get done. So I'm here focusing, grinding and in the zone."
