Hi, I'm Kamika.I help you fail forward.
I spent years at Microsoft as a Program Manager focused on customer experience strategy, learning how to take big, messy challenges and turn them into clear plans that people could actually act on. Along the way, I learned that the thing holding most of us back isn't a lack of ability. It's how we relate to failure.
As an ICF ACC certified coach and PMP, I combine real strategic rigor with warmth and honesty. I'm a big-picture thinker who's also walked the road of starting things and struggling to finish them, so I build programs that meet you exactly where you are and help you move.
Fail Forward Coaching exists for the achievers, the overthinkers, the people-pleasers, and the emerging leaders who know they are meant for more. Setbacks aren't the end of your story. They're the bridge to your next level.
